Parents File Wrongful Death Suit Over Crash That Killed Son
The parents of a thirteen month old boy killed in a crash last week today filed a wrongful death suit against the other driver today. The crash happened last Monday near the intersection of Parker and Cicero.
Police reports say 55 year old Putiporn Kaewmooka was driving away from the scene of an earlier accident sped into a car driven by Joshua Molina.
His son, Joshua junior, was ejected from the car and killed. Two other passengers, Orlando Rodriguez and Aldo Maldanado were also killed.
Speaking at a press conference today, Joshua senior said, “It just kills me inside that I had to lose my only son and my two best friends for no reason.”
Kaewmooka was cited by police in both crashes.
